Remove single-space hard sentence breaks.  These degrade the quality
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

This is not a merge from current because these files were recreated
from the HTML source from the new distribution in current.  The new
files weren't created with _any_ hard sentence breaks.
