 - default config file changed from /etc/pccard.conf to
   /etc/defaults/pccard.conf in pccardd.
 - remove etc/pccard.conf.sample.  This file is no longer used.
 - support wildcard entry for generic serial and fixed disk
   as fallthrough entry.
 - add restart capability by SIGHUP.
