Introduce a new option, daily_status_disks_df_flags, which specifies
the command-line arguments to be used for the call to df(1) when
daily_status_disks_enable is set to YES.

The name of the new variable was chosen by the maintainer of our
periodic hierarchy, Brian Somers.
