The following patch is for newer ELSA Microlink PCI cards which have a
new version of the Siemens/Infineon IPAC chip, it solves the following
problem:

	isic0: <ELSA Microlink ISDN/PCI> port .....
	isic0: Error, IPAC version 2 unknown
	Fatal trap 12 : page fault while in kernel mode ...
