(MFC) Replace call to mktemp() with mkstemp().  Also fixes logfile
      processing for remote (rm=) queues which specified some input
      filter (if=).  Before filter-errors were tossed away, now they
      will get copied to the queue's logfile (lf=).  (v1.29-1.30)
