* move functionality of csapcm into csa
* move functionality of es1888 into ess
* move functionality of gusc into mss

none of these were complete drivers- es1888 and gusc just allowed ess and
mss to detect additional cards, and csa was useless being a bridge driver
with no children to control the card.
