MFC dirpref code, including patches that deal with old fsck's clearing
dirpref fields in the superblock and alternative superblock errors reported
due to the fields added to the superblock.  Additionally, MFCd the space
reservation and fsck/superblock support in the superblock for snapshots so
the -stable fsck remains compatible with the -current fsck.
