#include <sys/time.h> instead of depending on namespace pollution in
<sys/stat.h> for the declaration of struct timeval (sys/stat.h> only
needs timespecs even when its POSIX support is not turned on, so it
shouldn't declare timevals).

Fixed some #include messes.
