MFC: the changes of the bus_space stuff.

  - Move the bus_dma declarations from bus_{at386,pc98}.h into bus_dma.h.
  - Add '#include <machine/bus_dma.h>' into bus.h.
  - Add the bus_space_subregion(), bus_space_unmap() and bus_space_free()
    supports.
  - Rewrite the pc98 bus_space stuff.
