Add syscall uuidgen() for generating Univerally Unique Identifiers
(UUIDs). On ia64 UUIDs, aka GUIDs, are used by EFI and the firmware
among others. To create GUID Partition Tables (GPTs), we need to
be able to generate UUIDs.
