Added some info about Japanese handbook  in the abstract to avoid confusing
Japanese readers and send queries about Japanese handbook to doc@freebsd.org
in Japanese.

Some cosmetic tweaks.

Some improvement in translation.

This change, together with recent change to jmembers.sgml and jcontrib.sgml,
should definitely go into 2.2.
