(1) Add new subsection on info files.  It's long, but filled mostly of
    patches so don't be scared please. ;)

(2) Add "2.2-STABLE after 2.2.2R" to list of __FreeBSD_version's.

(3) Remove one of the duplicate "contributed by:" lines.
