Update for the KDE information in this chapter:

- Remove the line on KOffice, it's not recommendable for the general
  public at this time.
- Remove outdated information on kdm.
- Remove the subsection on anti-aliasing.  It's outdated and aa has been
  enabled by default for some time now.
