Update the download URLs for i386 and amd64 9.0-BETA.

Note that as -BETA2 builds are in progress, the Distribution URLs are
still broken because -BETA1 no longer exists on the FTP site.  With this
commit, the ISO URLs are no longer broken until &betarel.vers can be
bumped to -BETA2.
