Resync the German press section:
- Add translations for 2011-2012
- Move 2009 press stuff to subdirectory 2009
- manually set svn:keywords property on news/2009/press.xml (without this the commit failed)
- patch Makefile in de/htdocs/news to include press.xml in build
- Update footer menu on press pages
