- Add entities for the following persons, gathered from the tree:

To avoid conflicts between &a.committer; from this file (with email address)
and &a.committer; from developers.ent, restructure the definitions:
- &a.committer; is now defined as the committers' name only
- &a.committer.email; is defined as the committers' name and email address
