Initial content fix. This patch addresses the following:

- &os;, etc. i.e., e.g., you

- xref and directory tags

- fixes acronym tags and i18n/L10n

- fixes grammos and clarifies some areas

- removes -W as this is deprecated

- removes CFC which no longer exists
