This patch addresses the following:

- fix "file system"

- fix acronyms

- change command/app tags to entities as needed

- grammar tightening

- Etherboot section removed as the port is on ignore (i386 only)

- ISDN section removed as no longer in base or ports

This will be followed by a subsequent white space fix.
