Flatten the tree in releases/CURRENT/, now errata.xml,
readme.xml, and relnotes.xml are all taken out of SUBDIR.

hardware.xml is a bit trickier, so it remains in a SUBDIR,
and unlinked from the build.

Fix Makefile.inc inclusion.

Include CURRENT in releases/Makefile.
