Massive cleanup of style errors in this file:
- replace spaces with tabs
- use two spaces after a sentence stop consistently
- rewrapping and reformatting (no user visible changes)

The textproc/igor output has been significantly reduced,
only a few issues remain that I think are false positives
from igor itself.
