- Add a new set of 'rel*.current' entities for 12.1.
- Comment the links to various documentation, as the change is
  not directly part of the 12.1 cycle, it is to add the links
  for 12.1-STABLE snapshots to the download page.
- Uncomment the 12-STABLE development snapshots table, and use
  the new entities.
