Due to circumstances beyond his control, marius@ has decided
it is best he step down from the RE Deputy Lead role.  We (re@
and core@) thank marius@ for his service on RE, and I am personally
grateful for having him serve in this capacity for the Project.

Colin Percival (cperciva@) has accepted taking over this role,
for which both re@ and core@ welcome him to the team.
