As per PR 53582, submitted by KATO Tsuguru, remove entry for
gd_gif_in.c.bz2.  The gd_gif_in.c file is not downloaded, but rather
copied from FILESDIR.  Even though the changes from this PR were
backed out, this one should have been retained.

Add size data.
