Remove the following sites from MASTER_SITE_NETBSD when
MASTER_SITE_RINGSERVER is already listed:

  ftp.nihon-u.ac.jp == ring.nihon-u.ac.jp
  zoffy.asahi-net.or.jp = ring.asahi-net.org.jp

One should really configure MASTER_SITE_RINGSERVER if one wants to use
a specific server of RingServer.
