Port cleanup.
- Correct location of sendmail in MailDialog.py. (sorry, forgot who
  pointed this out)
- suggested by asami: use DISTNAME and DISTFILES to control WRKSRC;
  combine do-install and post-install; use --exclude in tar command
  to avoid installing unneeded files
