- Repocopy from japanese/xdvik-vflib to japanese/xdvik because
  it no longer depends on VFlib.

- Fix kpathsea searching order.  This (Japanese version
  of xdvik) now uses $TEXMF/web2c-ptex/texmf.cnf first.
