- set "USE_PHP= pcre xml", otherwise phpSysInfo won't work after installed
  - problem reported by: paulnet.bbs@wretch.twbbs.org
- make this port PREFIX clean
- replace "rm" with ${RM}
- cosmetic fixes:
  - replace hardcoded "phpsysinfo" with ${PORTNAME:L}
  - relocatate WRKSRC
