1) fix plist: test builds show, that 0.6.3 configure fails to detect
gettext on 5x too :( So we need to temporarily disable translations for now...
2) reinstall didn't ever work, because of use of 'ln -s' instead of
ln -sf for symlinking qalculate-gtk binary.
