Quick workaround to unbreak INDEX: use PKGNAMESUFFIX if SKK_JISYO_SUFFIX.
ports/japanese/skk-jisyo-cdb need to be changed, but still pending
(I'd like to contact current MAINTAINER first.)

No actual content change, no bump.
