- QtPixmap -> qtpixmap in PORTNAME.
- Fix the plist, do not try to remove gtk's directory. [1]
- Change the libtool from 1.3 to 1.5.
- Few other small clean up such as remove GNU_CONFIGURE, since the
  USE_LIBTOOL_VER will taking care of it. Also, make it bit easier to read.
- Bump the PORTREVISION.
