- patch source Makefile
	- honor CFLAGS
	- search for includes and lins in X11BASE and LOCALBASE instead of
	  hardcoded paths
	- make it BSD-make ready
	- use BSD_INSTALL-macros
- remove USE_GMAKE dependency
