Update to 1.3.2. According to changelog:

* Eliminate path disclosure vulnerabilities by suppressing error
  messages when eval()'ing;
* Eliminate path disclosure vulnerability by catching bogus parameters
  submitted to XML_RPC_Value::serializeval().
