- Let configure know that we have fnmatch.h (fixes some fnmatch-using
  C++ ports, since the fnmatch.h which was uselessly installed by
  heimdal did not wrap the fnmatch() declaration in extern C {}) [1]
- Fix the packing list on 4.x
