Added patch-aa so this didn't break in -CURRENT

UnBROKENed Makefile, and changed HAS_CONFIGURE to the more appropriate
GNU_CONFIGURE. Port builds on -STABLE(jade.chc-chimes.com) and
-CURRENT(bento) now.
