- Improve launcher script:
    - Use 'java' command from javavmwrapper [1]
    - ANT_INCLUDE_SHARED_JARS is now a defined/undefined switch rather than a
      YES/whatever check
    - Use SUB_FILES to configure (files/ant -> files/ant.sh.in)
- ECHO_CMD -> ECHO_MSG
- Use MAN1PREFIX and MAN5PREFIX
- Cleanup port and launcher script
- Bump PORTREVISION
