Add MASTER_SITES.  This port was updated and yet still only had one
MASTER_SITE.

Since people aren't getting the idea, I'm going to shout:

PORTS COMMITTERS, WHEN YOU UPDATED A PORT, INSURE THERE IS >1 MASTER SITE!!!
