[Maintainer Update] change PORTNAME to kde-*-* (several ports)

    - Change the PORTNAME to kde-*-* for consistancy with other theme ports.
    - A couple of small tidy-ups

Iin the end, we added PKGPREFIX instead of changing the PORTNAME.
