After repocopy from devel/pwlib:
 - fix PORTNAME
 - remove PORTEPOCH
 - "chase" expat libversion bump (marcus won the race ;-) )
 - use current autoconf (259) [1]
 - add patch to play nice (in preparation for the update of
   devel/pwlib) [1]
