- Update to 1.2.3. [1]
- Remove the USE_REINPLACE. [1]

- Add --{disable|enable}-* for us can control knob better to disable/enable,
  because of autocheck exists in the configure.
- Disable hspell support for now, it needs newer hspell 0.9 that has a new
  hspell_get_dictionary_path() function. Current in ports only has hspell 0.8.
