o dvd+rw-tools Makefile uses an incorrect compile time macro due
  to a typo. It should be using -D_THREAD_SAFE instead of -DTHREAS_SAFE
o Futhermore, make sure the port upholds PTHREAD_{CFLAGS,LIBS}
o Bump PORTREVISION
