sysutils/wmapm - Fix MASTER_SITE (make fetchable)

	- Replace master site and WWW URL
	- The new distfile is a .tar file (despite the name) - the contents
	  are identical to what was in the original file. Therefore, distinfo
	  needs patching too.

(checked tarball differences myself)
