- Remove obsolete svga patch.
- Remove LITS and SKYBOXES options (JoeQuake is based on FuhQuake, so it also
  supports them; a separate port has been done).
- Use patches instead of ${REINPLACE_CMD}.
- Add HUD option.
- Make FuhQuake write in ~/.fuhquake.
