Update to Wine 0.9.19.  This includes the following changes:
 - Support for a proper Trash folder.
 - Many improvements to the IDL compiler.
 - Better FreeBSD support.
 - A number of MSI bug fixes.
 - Many RichEdit improvements.
 - Lots of bug fixes.

Switch the order of MASTER_SITES. [1]
