- libbgl-wiz requires spirit-1.8, so don't build it on FreeBSD 4 unless
  gcc-3.4 is used [1]. This fixes the build on FreeBSD 4.x.
- Install libboost_serialization.so as libboost_serialization.so.3 and
  create a symlink. [2]
