Update entry for nvidia-driver -- arbitrary root code execution
vulnerability:

- Add new info about vulnerable versions from NVIDIA.
- Add workaround.
- Add more references.
- Remove suggestion to move to "nv" driver now that we have a simpler
  workaround.
