Upgrade to v2.8.1.  Upstream changes include:
 - New keymaps: Devanagari-Velthuis, Polish-slash, Baybayin,
   Glagolitic.  Updated keymaps: Bulgarian,  Slavic.
 - Fixes for compilation with Gcc 4.1.
 - Updates for Unicode 4.1.0 and the upcoming 5.0.0
   standard.
 - Added a +LINENO option to yudit.
 - Other bug fixes.
