Upgrade to v0.4.3.  Upstream changes include:
  - SH4 emulation now allows NetBSD/dreamcast to reach
    userland.
  - A framework to let emulated clocks run at same
    speed as the host clock has been added.
  - The built-in debugger's expression syntax has been changed.
  - Better MIPS emulation for some combination of emulated
    processor and guest operating system.
  - Bug fixes.
