Another round of improvements:

	* support read/write of files in the GD2-format (obtained from
	  the vendor's version bundled with, but not installed by
	  Graphviz);
	* add an optional argument to `gd create W H' -- if "true", the
	  created image will be "TrueColor"

Bump PORTREVISION again.
