- Update lang/ruby18 to 1.8.5p12 (bugfix release)
- Make RI generation disabled by default (it causes problems
  on slow hardware)
- PREFIX-cleaness fixes (in bsd.ruby.mk) [1]
- Take maintainership of bsd.ruby.mk [1]

The patch was tested in the tinderbox with all ruby-dependend ports.
