- Update to 1.50
- Added a few new OPTIONS knobs [1]
- Distfile is now a .tar.bz2 instead of a .tar.gz
- Target ALL wasn't valid
- Removed substitutions to configure because they were unnessacary
- Respect CFLAGS [1]
- Mark IGNORE < 602000, It needs zlib 1.2.3 or greater [1]
- Patch to linux/zfilew.c no longer needed
